Gentle, restorative sessions to rebuild core connection, stability, and confidence after birth. With the privacy of a home studio, you’re welcome to bring your baby, sessions are flexible, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are in this season of transition.
Reformer 1:1 Pilates
Private sessions focused on form, strength, and alignment, tailored to your unique patterns and goals.
Group Mat Class
Community-based, beginner-friendly movement held outdoors in the park. Bring your mat and move with intention in nature.
Offered seasonally from June to September at Kinsmen Park.
Studio-based classes may be offered during the winter months…details to be announced.

Safe, informed movement to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. Grounded in breath, core and pelvic floor connection, stability and strength.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule 12+ hours before your session to avoid penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit.
